Shane brings to Rob Tate Family Homes a wealth of industry knowledge from over 22 years of experience. Shane has been in the industry as a Carpenter, Project Manager, Estimator, Supervisor and Manager.

Shane is passionate about providing quality homes within a good timeframe, delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating a fun & healthy working environment for his team.

When I’m not at work you’ll find me: Anywhere outdoors or spending quality time with the family.

Nick began his career in the building industry over 20 years ago, with extensive experience first as an electrician and then in carpentry. Nick moved with his family to Port Macquarie 5 years ago, and thoroughly enjoys the opportunity at Rob Tate to work for a family-run business whilst building high-quality homes. 

Striving to build the best quality houses and delivering to our clients in a timely manner is something that makes Nick happy and every day different and enjoyable.

When I’m not at work you’ll find me: Surf Lifesaving or competing in surf boat competitions.

Carli is our operations manager with over 10 years in the industry. Carli's expertise lies in Property Acquisition, Project Feasibility, Ordering and Scheduling. Leveraging her keen eye for detail as an Interior Designer, Carli is also an exceptional Selections Consultant, assisting clients to create their dream home that is both functional and beautiful. 

Carli ensures that clients always receive an enjoyable and stress-free building experience, and extends that to staff and trades alike for a streamlined project for all.

When I’m not at work you’ll find me: In a jujitsu competition or exploring the outdoors.
