At Rob Tate Family Homes we believe, our clients deserve realistic list prices without lots of add ons.  Please read through our Value Plus Inclusions and compare our standard fittings and services we offer standard in all our list prices, not added on in site costs etc after you have to pay a deposit or fee.  Remember!   It’s the total contract sum that counts, not just the list price.

  • Rob Tate Family Homes are contract builders and not project builders, therefore we are able to offer you the flexibility to alter, upgrade and customise our plans and inclusions to suit your budget,  lifestyle and family requirements whether you’re building your first home, a family home, or an Investment Property.
